In my role as the design lead, I was given the responsibility of developing a platform to bring together growth and lead-generating partners, facilitating smooth communication for their newly acquired leads. Initially, we discovered that they were relying on email exchanges and Excel files.
Although our team had limited experience in this area, we enthusiastically tackled the challenge. We dedicated ourselves to understanding the core problems faced by the users and were eager to address them directly.
